  • When can I start?

    • Most women can begin as early as day 1 postpartum, or whenever they feel ready. If you had any complications during pregnancy or delivery, check with your provider for personalized guidance before starting the gentle movement and breathwork.

  • What equipment will I need?

    • You won’t need any equipment to get started. Later in the program, long loop bands are recommended for a few exercises. Light dumbbells and a yoga block can be helpful, but they’re totally optional.

  • Can I do this program at home?

    • Yes. The entire program is designed to be done at home while you recover, care for your baby, and work it into your daily life.

  • How long does each session take?

    • Sessions begin at around 10 minutes. As you progress, they build up to about 20 minutes. Each one is designed to fit into your day without adding stress.

  • I’m several months or even years postpartum. Will this still help me?

    • This program is designed with the early postpartum period in mind, especially for moms in the first 12 weeks who want to begin gentle, supportive movement. That said, if you're further along in your journey and feel like starting with the basics would benefit you, it can still be a great fit. The breathing, core, and mobility work is helpful at any stage if you're looking to rebuild a strong foundation.
